Position: Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a warm welcome upon arrival.
  • Efficiently manage the customer queue and ensure a smooth flow of activities.
  • Guide customers to their assigned supercars, ensuring they are comfortable and seated correctly.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and brief customers on driving guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for providing memorable experiences.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage customer queues and coordinate activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with customers.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure customers are seated correctly and oriented towards safety.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of supercars and the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Able to work weekends.

 

Position: Hospitality Staff

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers at the reception and provide a warm and professional greeting.
  • Manage customer inquiries and bookings
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as handling payments and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Collaborate with the coordination team to ensure a smooth customer flow.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills to address customer queries and provide information about our services.
  • Display a positive and friendly demeanor while assisting customers with their needs.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accurate handling of bookings and paperwork.
  • Proficient computer skills for managing bookings and handling payment transactions.
  • Able to work weekends.
